Jerry Bannock Jerry came to Connecticut Outfitters in 2005 with over 35 years of fly fishing experience and 15 years of professionally teaching fly fishing, including running an Orvis Endorsed Fly Fishing School for both fresh and saltwater fly fishing. Jerry is now running fly fishing schools at Connecticut Outfitters and expects more of our customers to join in the fun of fishing on-the-fly.   Jerry also operates FishinTheFly, a Connecticut based fly fishing guide service that offers instruction as well as guiding for individuals. His guided trips include fishing for rainbow, brook and brown trout, broodstock Atlantic salmon, pike, striped bass, bluefish and other species.	Gary Brummett	Captain Terry Rand    Capt. Terry Rand is a fresh and salt water fishing guide who runs fishing charters on LIS and the Connecticut River. He brings to the shop over 25 years of fishing experience and exemplary customer service skills. Since Terry is usually on the water when he’s not at the shop he provides customers with up to date information on the current state of the local fisheries.

Dick Conway	Captain Blaine Anderson Captain Blaine Anderson has been fishing all his life, basically growing up with a rod and reel in hand and his love for fishing only intensified over the years. He spends roughly 200 days on the water all over the northeast, fishing through all seasons and conditions. His expertise is northern pike and striped bass.   When not working at Connecticut Outfitters, Captain Blaine is one of the few year round guides in CT leading clients to fish on saltwater, freshwater as well as on the ice. During the off season Blaine does seminars throughout New England. He is a member of Skeeter’s Saltwater Team and is also sponsored by Daiwa, Pradco, Aqua-Vu, Power Pro Humminbird and Minn Kota.
